BresicWhitney has appointed Tony Youssef as Commercial Manager and Michael Lahood as Commercial Associate, sharpening its commercial management function as the extension of our offering for Sydney property owners.
Youssef joins with two decades in the sector and will lead the commercial management team. Lahood, whose background is in business ownership, brings a customer-first read on the role - and the commercial instinct to match.
Commercial services - portfolio management, sales and leasing - aren't new to BresicWhitney. They already sit within a 5,000-strong managed portfolio and $3 billion in property sold annually. What's new is the intent: these appointments signal a commitment to lead in commercial property management, not simply offer it.
BresicWhitney's Head of Property Management, Chantelle Collin sums it up. "Being a trusted advisor across the investment lifecycle is paramount for us, as is investing in the people who make that possible," she says. "Continuing to strengthen the talent across our team, in both service delivery and portfolio strategy, is how we intend to lead in this space. We're delighted to welcome Tony and Michael to BresicWhitney and look forward to supporting their careers."
Youssef's brief is clear - nurture the client relationships that already exist, and build the growth that doesn't yet. Client expectations have shifted, he says, and portfolio management with them; BresicWhitney's the kind of place he wanted to help shape that shift from the inside.
It's a hire that fits BresicWhitney's broader approach - that being, specialisation at every stage of the client journey, from business development through to portfolio strategy - with people always at the core. These appointments are exactly that.
