As part of our broader people-first strategy, we've partnered with specialist financial advisory firm Fox & Hare, to deliver a financial wellness program for our people.
Fox & Hare focuses on Australians aged 20 to 45, in what the firm calls the 'wealth creation' phase of life, a time that co-founder Glen Hare says has traditionally been under-serviced by the financial services industry.
Throughout August, the partnership will deliver complimentary workshops for the BresicWhitney team, offering practical advice and strategies across cashflow, tax, superannuation, investment strategies and more. From there, the relationship will extend further, giving staff the opportunity to work with Fox & Hare on a longer-term, individualised basis.
Our Chief Financial Officer Daren Chan says the sessions are part of a people-first strategy that runs deeper than culture or values, into how we develop our people. "The complex economic landscape is demanding more from all of us, and we want to help our people confidently navigate it. Not as a one-off, but as part of how we empower and upskill our people for the future," he says.
Fox & Hare has a proven track record of collaborating with progressive organisations that prioritise employee welfare. "Financial wellbeing has never been more important. The benefits of it are often felt beyond the individual, elevating team performance and driving engagement. Through the partnership with BresicWhitney, we'll continue our mission to equip younger Australians with essential resources for long-term financial security," Glen says.
Glen is an established voice across Australian financial media and podcasts, and was awarded 'Best Financial Adviser' at the 2024 Australian Wealth Management Awards. Fox & Hare is also B-Corp certified, meeting the highest verified standards of social and environmental performance, transparency and accountability in the sector.
"Glen's experience will ensure the learnings are relevant and practical across the diverse career stages and financial positions of our team," Mr Chan says. "We're looking forward to the workshops and building on the partnership over time, as we continue to evolve our people-first strategy."
